Scotia W available for corporate events
Scotia W, a former North Sea fishing trawler, has been converted into a mini-cruise ship. Since 2011 it has been offering tailored private charter cruises for corporate events around Scotland’s West Coast. Scotia W is an ‘unusual venue’ for corporate entertainment, business meetings and conferences, team building activities or incentives.
Scotia W can accommodate up to eight guests in four twin en-suite cabins. The dining facilities can be configured to offer a boardroom style setting and features a large plasma television to which laptops can be connected. The vessel’s lounge and outside deck areas can provide breakout space.
Scotia W offers team building opportunity involving navigation, course plotting and boat handling activities. Alternatively guests can island hop around the Inner and Outer Hebrides or combine the cruise with a golfing experience. The cruising area is the Moray Firth, along the Caledonian Canal and around Scotland’s West Coast. Scotia W will go further afield and depending on the weather and time can reach St Kilda or head to Northern Ireland.
