Hampton by Hilton to open third hotel in Birmingham
Hampton by Hilton Birmingham Constitution Hill
Hampton by Hilton is to open its third hotel in Birmingham in May 2013. Hampton by Hilton Birmingham Constitution Hill is a new 109-bedroom hotel and is located within the city's Jewellery Quarter.
The project is the £10million renovation and conversion of a former a chemical factory which was latterly used for clothing manufacture and warehousing in the 1980s. It has a listed facade which requires retaining and is located beside a Grade II-listed public house.
The hotel will be Hampton by Hilton's third in Birmingham. The other two are Hampton by Hilton Birmingham Broad Street, the largest Hampton property in Europe with 285 bedrooms and Hampton by Hilton Birmingham Star City with 90 bedrooms close to Spaghetti Junction on the M6 on the east side of the city.
